The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (oh, cute, alliteration) is based on an F. Scott Fitzgerald short story. Dude, he must have been totally baked, cause this movie looks trippy bro. Am I right? Am I right? No but seriously, you should get stoned and watch this trailer.

It's pretty funny to watch old man Brad Pitt walk around. He looks kinda like that dancing baby on the internet like a billion years ago. He's still more attractive than anyone you've ever met, and your girlfriend would still sleep with him if you were out of town for more than two weeks.

If Terminator 2 was just one big excuse to show off that liquid metal special effect, than this movie is an excuse to show off the aging special effect. In fact, I'm pretty sure that's what old F. Scott had in mind when he wrote the story in 1928.

By the way, is it me or does middle-age Brad Pitt look exactly like Robert Redford? Which is ironic, because Robert Redford is actually 600 years old is being kept looking young by special effects.

This trailer looks like a music video, which means David Fincher must have directed it, which means that someone’s face is going to get beaten to a bloody pulp in this movie. Usually, when a preview has barely any dialogue, it’s because but the dialogue in the actual movie is terrible or is in a foreign language. So expect a lot of coy references to time being an illusion, age being relative, and beauty being skin deep. On the other hand, it was written by Eric Roth, the scribe who penned such gems as Forrest Gump, The Horse Whisperer, and The Postman, the latter being a personal favorite of mine.

Does the british chick (not sweaty armpits, the one who played Bob Dylan, she might be Australian not british, but, you know, same difference) who marries Brad Pitt end up fucking him when he grows up to be a baby? Cause that’s totally gross. Especially if you’re baked
